New Energy Vehicles
New energy vehicles
Failure modes we test for
- Capacity fade and thermal-runaway risk in traction batteries under extreme temperature swings
- Long-term vibration combined with humidity and temperature on BMS and control electronics
- Sealing and insulation failure in charging infrastructure exposed to weather
- Whole-life environmental validation across vehicle components
Test scenarios and what the solution gives you
Based on coupled environmental stress simulation, the chambers reproduce desert heat, polar cold, monsoon humidity, road vibration, outdoor cycling and water spray across the full development, production and incoming-inspection flow.
By accelerating environmental stress, latent defects — capacity fade, insulation ageing, loosened structure, seal failure, control-electronics faults — surface before the field does, meeting national standards, OEM acceptance requirements and market-access compliance.
What we test
- Traction cells, modules and packs
- Stationary storage cells, PCS and BMS
- Automotive ECU, radar and camera modules
- Charging-pile power modules, DC-DC converters and OBCs
- Vehicle components, harness connectors and displays
- Rail-transit on-board equipment and complete vehicles
Applicable standards
| GB/T 31467 | Lithium-ion battery systems |
|---|---|
| ISO 16750 | Electrical environment for road vehicles |
| GB/T 28046 | Vehicle environmental testing |
| IEC 62660 | Performance of traction cells |
How the configuration helps
Traction batteries
Humidity-temperature cycling coupled with vibration to expose capacity fade, internal-resistance drift and thermal-runaway risk
BMS and controls
Thermal shock on live assemblies to verify solder joints, connectors and PCB longevity
Vehicle and parts
Walk-in rooms reproduce desert, polar and monsoon conditions, with a full IP-rating test set
Discuss your test programme
Send the standard and the specimen, and we will map it onto a chamber configuration with the evidence your reviewer will ask for.
