Intelligent Software · Monitoring and Automated Test
Software and data
Failure modes we test for
- Temperature and humidity logged by hand, with gaps on night shifts and holidays
- Anomalies found late, putting long-duration tests at risk of being scrapped
- Test reports assembled manually from exported curves and templates, in inconsistent formats
- Chambers running in isolation, with no data to support utilisation or failure-rate analysis
Software included with the chamber
Every customer who buys a HURECO environmental chamber receives two of our own software systems with the equipment: the chamber monitoring system (standard edition) and the automated test platform (single-seat licence). Because the software and the chamber are designed together, they are connected on delivery — there is nothing extra to buy and no integration project.
Both are perpetual licences, not annual subscriptions. Scope is defined by the signed purchase contract and its annexes.
What each system solves
The monitoring system answers “what is my lab doing right now, and can I prove it later”. It puts every chamber on one dashboard, pushes graded alarms to the people on shift, keeps history that exports to CSV, Excel or PDF, and tracks preventive maintenance, spare parts and SLA metrics.
The automated test platform answers “did the test pass, and where is the evidence”. It manages the instrument pool, sequences ramp / hold / bias / cycle steps into reusable cases, monitors channels in real time, interlocks on fault and issues a PASS / FAIL verdict with a report at the end of the run.
Together they form a two-tier architecture: execution at the equipment, consolidated management in the office.
What we test
- Chambers: temperature-humidity, rapid thermal cycling, thermal shock, HAST, walk-in rooms
- Instruments: RF signal sources, vector network analysers, DMMs, dual power supplies, LCR meters
- Data acquisition: DAQ units such as the 34970A and temperature sensor channels
- Devices under test: capacitors, inductors, PCB assemblies, ICs, T/R modules

How the configuration helps
Included with the chamber
Both systems ship with HURECO chambers on a perpetual licence, with no annual subscription
Status visible
Run state, current temperature and humidity, and progress for every chamber on one screen
Anomalies traceable
Graded alarms to in-app messages, SMS, email or WeCom, with a full trail from alarm to resolution
Tests automated
Instrument pool plus test case library, executed and analysed automatically
Data reusable
Curves and raw records retained and exported to CSV, Excel or PDF for traceability
Compliance controlled
Role-based access with data-scope control, action trails and read-only audit logs
