HURECO ATE V1.0

Automated test and data-acquisition software that runs on the industrial PC at the equipment. It drives chambers, power supplies, signal sources and data-acquisition units over standard industrial buses, executes tests from standards and test cases, and analyses the results — including burn-in. A shared interface with the monitoring system forms a two-tier field-to-office data architecture.

• Chamber calibration: supports JJF 1101 and similar procedures, with sampling interval and count configured per DAQ unit and channel; standalone mode records point by point during manual temperature runs
• Sequences and cases: visual sequencing of ramp, hold, pressurise, dwell, bias, cycle and cool-down steps, each with target values, tolerance bands and stop conditions
• Live monitoring: real-time curves and values for temperature, humidity, pressure and bias channels, with result analysis and traceable history
• Safety interlock: graded alarms that trigger interlock protection; after an unexpected power loss a run resumes from the recorded point so long-duration tests are not lost
• Automatic verdict and reporting: PASS / FAIL against preset criteria, with a report containing curves and conclusions generated at the end of a run (PDF / Excel)
